FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) – A 35-year-old man is accused of eluding attempts by officers to take him into custody.
Franklin police are searching for William Earp, now a wanted fugitive, who is a convicted felon on probation.
Police said on Jan. 11 Earp rap from T.J. Maxx loss prevention officers who were attempting to arrest him for shoplifting.
Once he got into his car, Earp reportedly sped away, nearly hitting a shopper. Now he’s also wanted on felony theft and reckless driving charges.
