Mt. Juliet, Tenn. (WKRN) — Police say a 20-year-old man is in custody after fleeing from officers in the wrong direction of the interstate, striking a patrol car.

The incident happened Thursday evening on Interstate 40 near N. Mt Juliet Road and Weston Drive.

Officials say the man fled from officers in the wrong direction on the interstate, and hit a patrol car.
