According to her arrest affidavit, Davis was at a gas station on Dickerson Pike Tuesday night and was “disorderly” and “yelling and cursing at employees and customers.” When officers arrived, police say Davis directed her attention to them.

Police say Davis had “slurred speech, red watery eyes and was unsteady on her feet.” Officers say when they told Davis she was under arrest her for public intoxication she punched one of the officers. Davis is accused of continuing “to resist arrest by pulling her arms away and kicking her feet.”

Davis was found guilty in October of assaulting an officer. She has a criminal record that dates back to 1995.
