Traffic stop for expired license plate leads to drug bust in Mt. Juliet

MT.JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) – A traffic stop for an expired license plate led to a Mt. Juliet man’s arrest, according to the police department. 

Police said they pulled over 31-year-old Johnnie Davis for the expired plates and found meth bagged for resale, drug paraphernalia, and two handguns.

Officers said Davis was also driving on a revoked driver’s license.
