Postal Service investigators are warning people in Bellevue that a particular mailbox on Hwy. 70 was the target of vandalism and possible mail theft.

If you paid your bills by mail and dropped them in the box at 7619 Hwy. 70 S you should make sure nothing is missing.

Postal inspectors say the vandalism occurred between 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 12 and 12 p.m. Monday, April 15.

Authorities say checks, credit cards, and ATM cards are often targeted by thieves.
