NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An accused “Peeping Tom” has been charged after a Metro officer reported a man staring down into her stall as she used the women’s restroom Thursday morning at the Music City Center.

Luke Yonts, 26, was booked into the Metro jail on a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy.

According to an arrest affidavit, the officer was using the restroom when she heard someone enter and soon noticed men’s shoes in the stall next to hers.

The paperwork states the officer then saw a man with reddish brown, curly hair and glasses peak his head over the stall wall and look down at her as she was “exposed.”

A short time later, an officer spotted Yonts, a man matching the suspect description, in the area of Fifth Avenue South and Lafayette Street where he was detained.

Bond for Yonts was set at $2,500.
