Police: Man charged in 2017 drive-by shooting of 15-year-old

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Nashville man, out on bond for a different 2017 murder case, was arrested Wednesday and charged with the July 2017 murder of a teen. 

Police said 22-year-old Tevin Griffin was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder for the July 25, 2017 drive-by shooting of 15-year-old Jaezoine Woods in J.C. Napier public housing. 

Officers said Griffin is a convicted felon who was out on bond for another 2017 murder case when he was arrested.
