Metro police are looking for the man who attempted to rob a Nashville bank but was denied by a bank teller.
Officers said the man walked into the Wells Fargo on Lebanon Pike around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the man handed one of the tellers a robbery demand note, but no weapon was seen. The suspect fled on foot when the teller did not comply with the note.
The suspect is described as a white man with a long red beard who appears to be in his late 30s. He stands approximately six feet tall with a stocky build. He wore a ball cap and a long sleeve Tommy Hilfiger jersey.
