Metro police identify man wanted for South Nashville shooting death

Metro police have identified the man wanted for a shooting outside a South Nashville Shell station last week.

Detectives have identified 31-year-old Leroy Dallas Topp Jr. as the shooter in the Apr. 17 shooting death of 34-year-old Carlos Logan at the Shell Station on Harding Pike. 

Police said Topp has ties to Clarksville, Texas, and Michigan.
