Man wanted for Smyrna homicide turns himself into police

A man wanted for a Smyrna homicide has turned himself into police on Tuesday.  

Donavous Drennon came to the Smyrna Police Department on Tuesday and surrendered on a criminal homicide charge.  

He has since been processed and taken to the Rutherford County jail where he is being held on a $200,000 bond.  

He is due in court on Aug. 7.
