No one was injured Tuesday when a man pulled a knife on someone inside the bathroom of a Broadway bar, Metro police said.

Ricky Naffziger, 39, was charged with public intoxication, as well as various drug charges.

According to an arrest affidavit, officers responded to 317 Broadway, the address for Broadway Brewhouse, for a report of someone “pulling a knife on another person in the restroom.”

When police spoke with Naffziger, they said he “had an obvious odor of alcohol” and “slurred speech, watery eyes, and was unsteady on his feet.”

An officer asked the suspect how much he had to drink and he reportedly stated “a lot.”

During a search of the suspect’s backpack, police said they located two jars of marijuana, a small bag of marijuana and a glass pipe with marijuana residue in it.

Police said Naffziger was taken into custody “due to his level of intoxication and being a danger to others due to pulling a knife on another person while in the restroom.”

Naffziger was booked into the Metro jail on multiple charges. His bond was set at $2,100.
