A man is in custody after Hendersonville police ruled a suspicious death a homicide.
According to a release, 52-year-old Autrey Dye was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree murder of his wife, 50-year-old Allison Dye.
Officers responded to a 911 call Wednesday around 2 p.m. in the 100 block of Maple Drive.
Patrol officers arrived to the find 50-year-old Dye dead inside the home, according to police.
Officials said the motive behind the incident is under investigation.
