Police issued warrants for a third woman in the reported assault at a funeral home on Clarksville Pike last week after, officials say, the wrong woman was identified, charged and arrested.

Talisa Rollins, 30, is now wanted for her alleged role in the dispute Terrell Broadly Funeral Home on April 22.

Police already arrested Angel Chatman, 28, the primary suspect in the incident and ex-girlfriend of the deceased.

According to court documents, Angel stabbed the deceased’s sister and used her car as a weapon to pin the deceased’s brother in the parking lot of the funeral home after she and another woman were told they were not welcome at visitation services at the funeral home. She surrendered to police later that day.

Angel’s sister, Travonda Chatman, who was initially identified by family members of the victims as the other woman with her at the time of the alleged assault, was also arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Those charges are now in the process of being dismissed, police say, now that it has been determined that while Travonda was present at the funeral home that day she did not participate in the reported violence.

Warrants have now been filed against Rollins for her role in the alleged violent incident.
