The man charged in the stabbing death of his roommate is accused of sneaking drugs into the facility where he is being jailed.
Clint Osborn was charged Wednesday with possession of contraband in jail.
Osborn, 28, was at the Correctional Development Center in Nashville following his indictment for criminal homicide in the May 2018 stabbing death of his roommate, Alan Edwards in East Nashville.
According to an arrest affidavit, there was a security roundup Wednesday and Osborn was strip-searched.
A small, plastic package containing two grams of suboxone was located between Osborn’s toes, the paperwork stated.
