2 Nashville men accused of releasing nude images of ex-girlfriends

Crime Tracker

In the last three weeks, Metro police have arrested two men for allegedly releasing nude photos of their ex-girlfriends with malicious intent.

Kenneth Nacke Jr., 39, is accused of videotaping he and his ex-girlfriend having sex, without her knowledge. Metro Police say Nacke then uploaded the video and other nude or partially nude photos of the woman online.

The victim said she received an email with the link. After she made a police report, Nacke is also accused of threatening her if she testified against him.

Nacke is charged with unlawful photographing, which is under Tennessee’s invasion of privacy law.

Three weeks ago, Metro police arrested Brian Kirk, 39, for allegedly sending a picture of his ex-girlfriend to her boss and co-workers after they broke up.

While the victim took the photo of herself and sent it to Kirk, police say it was with the understanding it was for his eye’s only. He is charged under Tennessee’s revenge porn law for unlawful exposure.

Kirk was released on a $1,500 bond and is due in court May 28. Nacke was released on a $1,000 bond and is due in court in June.
