NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) - A Nashville federal grand jury returned a five-count indictment against two members of the MS-13 gang in connection to the 2017 shooting of two men.
24-year-old Oscar Delgado Flores, also known as Flaco, and 21-year-old Luis Colindres, known as Listo, were charged with murder in aid of racketeering in connection to the Sept. 24, 2017 shootings of two men outside Maple Crest Apartments on Natchez Court.
According to a release, the indictment alleges that Flores and Colindres shot and killed 35-year-old Hector Eduardo Zuniga-Zelaya and 18-year-old Yeri Hernandez-Gabino to stop Hernandez-Gabino from talking to police about the crimes they committed, including the shooting of Zuniga-Zelaya.
