CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — As several agencies searched the Cumberland River near the Cheatham Dam for an 18-year-old boy believed to have drowned, crews also responded Monday to at least two other water rescues in Cheatham County.

According to the Ashland City Fire Department, a man fell approximately 80 to 90 feet down a bluff and into the Harpeth River.

The man was rescued and flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries, the department said.

Fire crews said another person was transported to a hospital by ambulance after falling at the RiverBluff boat ramp.

No further details were immediately released.
