4 teens arrested for armed robbery at Sprint store in Mt. Juliet


MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — Mt. Juliet Police worked quickly Tuesday night into Wednesday morning to arrest 4 teenagers suspected of armed robbery at a Sprint store on Mt. Juliet Road.

The crime happened Wednesday night at the store near the Providence Marketplace, and it was caught on surveillance video.

One adult and four juveniles wearing all black with masks covering their faces went into the store, stealing phones and cash. There were two employees in the store when this happened.

They forced one of the employees to open a safe in the back room at gunpoint.

Mt. Juliet Police charged An’via Blakely, 18, and three boys, 15, 16 and 17-years-old in connection with this crime. All were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping and theft over $10,000.
