Two other 16-year-olds were also arrested, but their names have not been released. They’re charged with felony drug and gun offenses.

Jennifer Tran, 49, was also charged with felony drug and gun possession, plus 3 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Police say she is free on a $60,500 bond.
