2 wanted after Metro PCS store robbed in East Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are searching for two young men they say robbed a Metro PCS store in East Nashville late Sunday night.

The first suspect entered the Main Street business armed with handgun shortly before 6 p.m.

Police say as the clerk struggled with the gunman, a second suspect entered the store. They are accused of taking cash from the register and running away on foot.

The clerk was not injured.

The gunman is a black man who is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He wore eye glasses, a short-sleeved black and yellow hooded shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

The second suspect is a black man with dreadlocks who is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He wore a grey and black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black and white tennis shoes.
