At least two teenagers are in custody after a carjacking, armed robbery and police pursuit across Davidson County late Thursday night.

Police identified them as Joseph Robins and Hermes Smith, both 15-years-old.

It began when a woman was carjacked and robbed of her belongings on Longfellow Drive.

The vehicle was spotted by Metro police a short time later on Brick Church Pike, where officers began to follow the car.

The driver initially refused to stop for officers but finally stopped at an apartment complex on River Road.

Metro police said the two 15-year-old suspects were taken into custody around 10:45 p.m.
