Country music artist Loretta Lynn gets COVID-19 vaccine


HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Country music legend Loretta Lynn received her first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine over the weekend.

The 88-year-old posted to Facebook that she and her daughter went together on Saturday.

Lynn added that she is ready to put COVID-19 in the “rearview mirror.”

Lynn’s country music career has spanned six decades.
