911 dispatchers are the unseen heroes on the other end of life-threatening phone calls.

With this week being National Public Safety Telecommunicator Appreciation Week, News 2 Gives Back headed to Williamson County to visit the brand new state-of-the-art 911 Center in Brentwood.
