Erin Holt anchors the 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. broadcasts on Saturday and reports four days a week.

Erin is a four-time Emmy nominated reporter who joined the News 2 team in June 2007. She came to WKRN after spending two years as a general assignment reporter for the ABC affiliate in Lincoln, Nebraska. While in Nebraska, Erin received an Associated Press award for spot news covering an ice storm that cut off power to dozens of cities across the state.

Before that, she also worked at WNYT in Albany, New York as an associate producer and interned at "Good Morning America" in New York City.

Erin was born in Zurich, Switzerland, but she spent much of the early part of her life in Albany, New York. She is thrilled to be back in Nashville after falling in love with the city while going to college. Erin attended Vanderbilt University and received her degree with honors in Communications and English.

Erin lives in Nashville with her husband Ryan. She plays violin in the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra, an all volunteer group of musicians. Erin also is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and enjoys running, playing soccer, reading, cooking and playing with her beagle, Scout.
