A man was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly putting trash cans in a road in Antioch to rob a driver.

According to an affidavit, Eduardo Mora-Pizana put two trash cans in the middle of Richards Road at Artelia Drive, forcing a driver to pull over.

The driver of an SUV pulled over, got out of his vehicle and moved the cans.

While he was out of the vehicle, Pizana, 18, approached him and demanded money at gunpoint.

Two juveniles reportedly acted as lookouts for Pizana.

The victim reportedly gave Pizana $80 before he fled on foot.

Police caught up with the suspects about a quarter of a mile away on Oakwood Terrace, which is off of Artelia Drive.

The victim was able to identify Pizana, according to the warrant.

Pizana was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and booked into the Metro jail on $50,000 bond.
