Part of Interstate 65 in Franklin was shut down for hours after a tractor trailer went over a guardrail and fell down an embankment.

The accident occurred at 12:22 p.m. Saturday afternoon at exit 61, which is near Peytonsville Road.

No one was injured, but the northbound lanes were closed while officials tried to move the overturned tractor trailer.

The road reopened around 11 p.m, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
