A 29-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision in Kentucky Tuesday afternoon.
The deadly crash happened just after 3 p.m. on Kentucky 139, just south of Creswell Hill.
According to investigators, Christopher Caraway was traveling southbound on the roadway when Brian Samuels’ pickup truck, which was traveling northbound, veered in Caraway’s lane.
Caraway was initially transported to a local hospital before being airlifted to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where he died a short time later.
Samuels and his six-year-old son were both airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
