PARSONS, Tenn. - The hearing for one of the two brothers charged in the disappearance and murder of nursing student Holly Bobo has been pushed back until later this summer.

Only Mark Pearcy’s lawyer appeared in court Tuesday morning.

His hearing is now scheduled for 10 a.m. August 18.

SLIDESHOW: Suspects in Holly Bobo case

Mark Pearcy was arrested on charges of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact on May 31 in Carroll County.

It is alleged the 38-year-old man’s voice was heard on a video recording that could prove to be beneficial in the ongoing Bobo case.

Mark’s 42-year-old brother, Jeff, was arrested on the same charges two days prior in Henderson County.

Mark remains jailed on a $85,000 bond.

Bobo, then 20 years old, was last seen on April 13, 2011 being led away from her family's Decatur County home by an unknown man.

Despite massive searches no one was arrested until this year when the TBI charged Zachary Adams and Jason Autry with her kidnapping and murder.

They both remained jailed.
