NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A man was arrested Thursday after he reportedly responded to a Backpage.com ad posted by an undercover police officer that solicited sex.

Police reported Marc Turner, 30, responded to the ad and agreed to pay $40 in exchange for a sexual act at the Cumberland Inn on West Trinity Lane.

When Turner met the undercover police officer, he also allegedly admitted to bringing drugs with him.

Police found both cocaine, marijuana, and a glass crack pipe.

According to an affidavit, Turner has at least two prior guilty convictions of possession of a controlled substance.

After this incident, he was charged with three more drug-related charges as well as patronizing prostitution.

Turner was booked into the Metro jail on $15,000 bond.
