NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A portion of Interstate 65 will be reduced to one lane this weekend near the Rivergate area.
Two lanes of I-65 south between mile marker 95 and 98 will be closed beginning at 8 p.m. Friday as workers make repairs at Mansker Creek, East Cedar Street, Long Hollow Pike and Rivergate Parkway bridges.
The roadway will completely reopen by 6 a.m. Monday.
TDOT estimates the $4.9 million project will require 10 weekend lane closures.
Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes during the closures.
