NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Metro police started actively searching for a mother and son in Madison early Monday morning.
Authorities on the scene told News 2 they went missing Sunday.
The two are not in any danger, police said.
A command was set up in the 3700 block of Dickerson Pike just after 3:30 a.m.
The boy is described as four-feet, 10 inches tall and about 100 pounds.
