BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -

A father and his girlfriend are wanted for questioning after his 18-month-child went missing Monday night in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Pomeroy, 25, took his daughter from a home in the 6000 block of Scottsville Road before 8:30 p.m.

Pomeroy, who is the child’s biological father but does not have custody, allegedly forced his way into the residence and took the child from the bathtub.

He left the area in a 1990s or an early 2000 model off-white four-door Lexus sedan.

No information was immediately available on the vehicle’s license plate number or registration.

Deputies believe he is with his girlfriend, Sabrina Vanmeter, who is also wanted for questioning alongside Pomeroy.

The little girl had no clothes on at the time of the incident.

Pomeroy is described as five feet, 10 inches tall, with his head shaved and a thin beard.

Authorities are working to issue an Amber Alert.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 270-842-1633.
