NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The employee of a Krystal restaurant in south Nashville was held at gunpoint early Monday morning during a robbery.

The employee had just arrived at work and was unlocking the doors to go inside just before 5 a.m. at the store on Murfreesboro Pike at the Bell Road intersection.

The suspect came from behind the building, demanded money and took off on foot with cash from the register.

None of the employees were injured during the incident.

The suspect was last seen wearing all black clothing and a ski mask.

Police set up a perimeter and used K9 units to search the area. The suspect was never located.
