NASHVILLE, Tenn. - With the NFL Draft just a week away, Titans general manager Ruston Webster is not hiding he would like to acquire more picks.

The Titans head into the seven round drafts with only six picks after trading away their 2014 third round pick to San Francisco last year to move up in round two and draft wide receiver Justin Hunter.

This is thought to be one of the deepest drafts in years with starting caliber talent available as late as the third or fourth round.  Getting that extra pick likely means trading down from number 11 in the first round and Webster does not sound opposed to doing it, “I'd like to get the pick back, I think if there's a possibility to add multiple picks, not just that, I think that's something we'd like to do.  You just have to have a partner to do it.  We'll see what happens.”

Webster added that there are a few “elite” talents at the top of the draft, but the rest of the players in the first round all fit into the same category.  That would indicate he sees similar value later in the first round making a trade more attractive and the decision a little easier.
