Jake Locker stands with Belmont students in fight against human trafficking

Belmont University hosted Titans quarterback Jake Locker Wednesday as he joined students in their fight against human trafficking.
The students started a 24-hour stand on Tuesday evening and continued Wednesday with an awareness event.

They set up stations near the Bell Tower on campus with places to create STAND for Freedom signs, sign a petition and educate others on issues surrounding human trafficking.
"It was an awesome opportunity to come out today and just encourage them and let them know that what they are doing is awesome, it's cool and they should be acknowledged for it," said Locker.
Locker spoke about how he became involved with the International Justice Mission as well as the issues surrounding the 29.8 million victims of human trafficking.
