NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly threatened to fight and harm multiple people before pulling a box cutter on some.

Police said witnesses called for help after Jose Muniz-Salas, 24, walked away from a fight and threatened to fight each person he encountered on the way back to his trailer.

Authorities reported they found Muniz-Salas in front of his home acting belligerently when they arrived.

Fire department personnel then arrived to clear Muniz-Salas medically, but he allegedly threatened to throw a soccer ball at them.

Once he became calmer, he allowed personnel to check him out before suddenly pulling out a box cutter.

An affidavit states that Muniz-Salas began thrusting the box cutter at the personnel and his property manager, swinging it in a threatening manner.

He was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault and public intoxication.

His bond was set to $30,500.
