NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The case against a former federal air marshal charged with taking pictures up a woman's skirt at Nashville International Airport last year has been continued until May.

Police arrested Adam Bartsch in October.

He was not in court for a scheduled hearing Monday morning, which caused a bit of drama.

The district attorney in the case called for a continuance and told Bartsch's attorney his client wasn't needed in court.

The judge was not happy with that decision.

She scolded the lawyers, saying she wants to make sure the case moves along.

Bartsch, 29, of Maryland, is charged with disorderly conduct for the Nashville incident and has since admitting to similar photos more than a dozen times in the past.

Bartsch is no longer a federal air marshal. He was fired after his arrest.

His next court date is May 15.
