A 23-year-old basketball fan who has a perfect NCAA tournament bracket on Yahoo! Sports, said he regrets not entering Warren Buffet's $1 billion challenge.

Buffet partnered with Quicken Loans to offer a billion dollars to anyone who could fill out a perfect bracket. None of the participants in his contest are still eligible.

Brad Binder said it took him five minutes to fill out his bracket. He is unsure of why he did not enter Buffet's competition or any other contests.

"I wish I could give you a better reason why I didn't enter other than I was rushed and heading to work," he told ABC News. "Obviously, I didn't think I'd be where I am now."

Binder said he has been trying to contact Warren Buffet and Quicken Loans to see if he can cut some sort of deal since he needs the money for graduate school.
