NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The owner of a business who allegedly sold liquid relaxation shots to local markets has been arrested.

Police caught up and arrested Mohammad Amer, 40, on Thursday.

Amer is the owner of Rum Wholesale located at 1305 Dickerson Pike.

According to police, he was selling Viva Zen and Mr. Smiley Kratom shots to three markets shut down by police earlier this week.

The products contain Mitragynine, a psychoactive agent that mirrors the effects of opiates and can also cause hallucinations and delusions.  Mitragynine was outlawed in Tennessee in 2013.

In January, officers investigating the sale of synthetic marijuana raided Rum Wholesale and found 2,880 bottles of Viva Zen and 37 bottles of Smiley Kratom shots. Both products contain Mitragynine.

Rabea Aldheleai, 27, an employee at Rum Wholesale, was arrested following the raids at Market Discount Tobacco and Beer located at 862 Robinson Road, Madison Discount Tobacco and Beer at 1442 Gallatin Pike North and Litton's Corner Market at 2830 Gallatin Pike on Monday.

Both face several drug counts.
