Crews battle 2-alarm fire at Clarksville Burger King

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire at a Clarksville Burger King Thursday afternoon.

The fire was reported just after 2 p.m. at the fast food restaurant located on Wilma Rudolph Drive.

Authorities said the fire started in a mulch bed before spreading to the restaurant.

Four customers and several employees were inside the building when the fire sparked.

No injuries were reported.

Crews remained on the scene several hours battling the fire and tending to hot spots.

It is not clear what caused the fire.
