'Nashville' holding casting call on Fort Campbell Thursday
FORT CAMPBELL, Ky -
Producers of the popular television show "Nashville" are looking for soldiers and family members in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to serve as extras in an upcoming episode.
The casting call will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday at the Main Exchange and is only open to those with a military ID.
"This call will identify specific individuals for specific scenes," a post on Fort Campbell's Facebook page said. "However, the concert sequence to be shot on Tuesday, March 25 is open to any military ID card holder. It's an outdoor concert, which will be held at Saber Airfield."
"Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the day. Individuals positioned around the stage itself should plan on being there the entire day to assist in production continuity."
Attendees are also encouraged to dress in uniform or wear tasteful unit and Army oriented apparel.
Individuals that are selected will be notified by the casting director, and will be given details of the part.
The concert filming will take place at the Saber Airfield on Tuesday, March 25.
