NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Two men were robbed after three armed suspects approached them in a northeast Nashville driveway early Wednesday morning.

A woman called police just after Midnight from a home on Moonlight Drive, not far from Brick Church Pike, and reported the crime.

An investigation revealed the woman, her boyfriend and her boyfriend's friend were followed into the driveway by a Dodge Charger.

Three suspects wearing masks and bandanas then approached the victims with guns and told them they were police officers. The woman ran inside to call authorities.

"Just to impersonate police is real bad, real bad. You don't know who to trust," said Angela Parker, who lives a few doors down from the armed robbery.

The other two victims were told to strip of their clothing and hand over their belongings before the suspects fled the scene.

The suspect vehicle was soon spotted in east Nashville approximately 11 minutes after the crime. Two suspects were taken into custody. One fled on foot.

"I'm glad they catch two of them and I hope they catch the third because no one should have to go through that," said Parker.

Kanetha Miller, 25, and James Cox, 30, were booked into the Metro jail on three counts of aggravated robbery each.  Each of them is being held on $250,000 bond.

"They need to get punished," said concerned neighbor Jacquese Parker.

At the time of her latest arrest, Miller was free on $5,000 bond for theft in a robbery-related case that occurred in February.  She has previous cocaine possession, forgery and evading arrest convictions.

Cox has previous aggravated assault and felon in possession of a handgun convictions.

Efforts to locate the third suspect are ongoing.

Anyone with information should call Metro police or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
