Police: Drunken man arrested for disturbance at Subway

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A man was arrested Monday for after he allegedly caused a disturbance while drunk inside a Madison fast food restaurant last fall.

Police say Steven Bevill, 29, entered the Subway on Gallatin Pike in Madison while intoxicated on November 5.

While inside the business, Bevill allegedly dropped a glass bottle and left when employees called police.

According to an affidavit, a man followed Bevill outside and asked if he was okay.  Bevill is accused of then drawing a silver revolver out of his pocket and threatening to shoot the man.

Both men then went their separate ways.  No one was injured.

Bevill is charged with aggravated assault, public intoxication and felony probation violation.

He was booked into the Metro jail on $21,000 bond.
