Tip leads to drug bust in south Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Police in south Nashville arrested four people on drug charges, thanks to a tip about illegal drug activity.

When undercover officers went to an apartment in the 700 block of Haystack Lane Tuesday night, they found marijuana packaged for resale and five guns.

Kayla Evans, 19, who lives in the apartment, was taken into custody along with 18-year-old Cianan Napier, 19-year-old Mary Baugh and 18-year-old and Corey Watkins.

Evans and Watkins remain jailed in lieu of $22,500 bond.  

Napier and Baugh are free on $22,500 bond.
