Murfreesboro man arrested for setting fire to car

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

A Murfreesboro man is accused of setting fire to another person's car early Friday morning.

Joshua Ihm, 35, was taken into custody Friday afternoon.

Authorities believe he is responsible for a car fire at the Westbrook Towers, which is located at 515 North Walnut Street.

Fire crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the backseat of a 2014 Kia sedan. They were able to put the blaze out quickly.

After speaking with the car owner, Ihm was named as a suspect.

He has been charged with setting fire to personal property and is behind bars on $5,000 bond.
