2 caught stealing costume jewelry from Walmart

MT. JULIET, Tenn. -

Two women were apprehended at a Mt. Juliet Walmart Tuesday after loss prevention staff witnessed them stealing jewelry.

Loss prevention reported they saw 27-year-old Denshia Majors and 29-year-old Reshetia Stroud on surveillance video at 1 p.m.

Police were called to the scene and discovered both women were wearing some of the stolen jewelry.

Officers also found stolen jewelry inside the woman's pockets, according to a released.

Majors and Stroud were arrested and charged with shoplifting.  They were booked into the Wilson County jail.
