Touring beer festival out of Brooklyn hits Nashville this week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

An award-winning brewery out of Brooklyn, New York is taking over Nashville the first week of March.

The Brooklyn Brewery Mash plans to combine the best of Brooklyn with the best of Nashville through a series of events from March 2 until March 8.

The second annual event celebrates food, film, comedy, music, books, and, of course, beer.

The Mash is the second largest traveling beer and arts festival.  It stops in 10 cities across the United States, as well as London and Stockholm.

Some of the Nashville partners for the festival include Dinner on the Farm, Blackstone Brewery, Kitchen Surfing and Found Footage.
