Judge tells 3 Doors Down bassist to find home in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The base player of 3 Doors Down was in court Friday where a judge told him he had one hour to find a place to live in Davidson County or he was going to jail.

Robert Todd Harrell has been out on bond awaiting trial on vehicular homicide charges stemming from a crash last year.

Then last week, he was arrested in Mississippi on for driving under the influence.

Prosecutors in Nashville wanted his bond revoked to keep the community safe, but a judge decided he could be on house arrest.

The condition as that he had to stay in Davidson county.

Within 30 minutes, Harrell found a home in the Whites Creek area.

As for the band, they suspended him last week.
