Three people were arrested at an east Nashville home after detectives learned they were receiving large packages of methamphetamines.

Police reported undercover detectives delivered a package to a home in the 1400 block of Kirkland Avenue on Thursday and it was accepted at the door by Gary Jackson.

Jackson then ran back inside with the package.

Police then executed a search warrant and learned it contained approximately 26 grams of methamphetamines.

An investigation revealed Jackson, along with two other residents identified as Peggy and Edward Dunbar, had received approximately 13 to 14 packages of crystal methamphetamines since mid-December.

Each previous package contained around one half to one full ounce of the drug.

Another man, Kevin Owens, was present at the time of the search.  He allegedly admitted he purchased meth from Peggy Dunbar on a regular basis.

All four were arrested and charged with felony drug offenses.
