Hendersonville police charge 25 at unauthorized house party

A total of 25 people were discovered by Hendersonville Police around Midnight on Saturday throwing a party at an empty residence.

It seems that a member of the out-of-town family told party goers where the 172 Cherokee Road house key was hidden.

Out of 25, 15 people were charged with criminal trespassing and eight were charged with both criminal trespassing and underage drinking.

The kids were then released to their parents.

Two juveniles were taken to Hendersonville Hospital to be treated for possible alcohol poisoning.

Those charged are to appear in Juvenile Court or General Sessions Court at a later date.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to call the Hendersonville Crime Stoppers at 615-573-5400 or text TIPHPD to 274637.
